Entrust follows a controlled distribution policy and does not sell directly to the consumer. Our products are available only through authorized dealers, distributors, and resellers in the apparel and headwear business.

How long does it take to have a custom cap decorated?

Lead times for custom decoration vary depending on the decoration type and quantity.
 

Does Entrust offer free shipping?

In order to keep our pricing as low as possible, we do not offer free shipping. We do have distribution centers and wholesale partners spread around the county to help reduce shipping cost and delivery times.
 

Can I wash my Entrust cap?

Yes, but we recommend you simply buying a new one! If you choose to wash your favorite cap, it's best to hand wash and spot treat your cap with warm water and a light laundry detergent or OxiClean.
 

Why is there a difference in color from one cap to the next?

We work hard to ensure color accuracy and consistency, but our caps are handmade and slight color variations are to be expected. Color variations can occur in the dyeing process from batch to batch and we can not guarantee fill in orders will match the previous cap exactly.
 

Why does one cap fit different than another?

We continue to try and get the same construction, shape and fit out of all our factories that meet our strict manufacturing tolerances, but there's always going to be some difference between factories. Slight differences in fit is a natural process of textile manufacturing.
